Hmmm… I’m not sure I can break it down any further than I did with the examples below. I think what I was trying to say (I wrote this a long time ago!) is that the nature of this future consulting firm is not super clear or linear. The types of challenges it needs to wrestle with can be seen as paradoxes. For example, at The Ready we’re all about making work more human while also leveraging the exponential technology that’s available. It’s not clearly one or the other… it’s both.
When I wrote this I think I was struggling with the realization that I couldn’t paint a super specific and coherent picture of what this type of consulting firm would look like and I realized it was because there were some paradoxes at play that I tried my best to articulate in the points below this highlight.
